Delivery

We are a small business and the packing is done by us here at Rosehip, items will normally be despatched within two days of payment being received. Unless otherwise stated we use Hermes, Royal Mail & Parcel Force for all deliveries. For larger items we use a local courier here in Suffolk.

A Certificate of Posting is obtained for every parcel sent.

Overseas Orders

We are able to send orders overseas, delivery charges will be priced individually to your order. Please contact us if you would like a quote to ship to your Country.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and do not share personal details (names, postal addresses and email addresses) with third parties. 

As all of our transactions are carried out through Paypal, Rosehip in the Country will not acquire or store any customer financial details.

Returns Policy

We hope that you love everything that you order from us but understand sometimes it’s not right. We take great care when photographing and describing our products but due to their original nature, age and uniqueness they may show some imperfections.

Please email or telephone to let us know before returning the item. 

Returns will be accepted for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are returned within seven days of receipt and in original condition.  

We are unable to accept responsibility until the items are received by us, and therefore strongly advise that you use registered post and retain a proof of postage. 

We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit during their return to us. 

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we believe there has been damage since despatch. 

Delivery charges are not refundable.
